Last Thursday, Austin's preschool class had their annual Easter Party. Austin was SO excited about it. From the moment I arrived at the school, he was "on" the entire time. He had a lot of fun.
Here is Austin and all of his classmates (minus 2 who were absent) smiling for the throng of parents armed with cameras.
There was even a live bunny. It was interesting to see the difference between how the girls treated the bunny (very gently) compared to the boys (very excitedly and somewhat aggressively ;-)

The highlight for Austin was that "Miss" Betsy made cupcakes and icing and allowed the kids to ice the cupcakes themselves. They practiced mixing the various colors as they have been studying in their spring unit.
Then it was time for the Egg Hunt. It lasted all of 5 minutes. ;-)
Somehow, my attempts at getting pictures of Austin with his teachers never turn out well. You would never guess from the picture below that Austin absolutely adores "Miss" Betsy. 
He also adores "Miss" Jeanie. We really could not have asked for better teachers this year. They have both been such blessings.
